It’s a rant of epic proportions clocking in at 2,800 words and counting. I feel so strongly about all the things that are wrong with this game, what you’re about to witness is literally the longest single post in Unreality history. Baking pies is the same mechanic as forging iron, a nobleman is just as uninteresting in appearance and speech as a peasant, and a magic gun kills foes as easily as a regular one. Not bothering to make any of the jobs different from each other, any of the people different from each other, or any of the weapons different from each other. There are virtually no differences in gameplay or features from the last game, the designers not bothering to add new weapon types or spells. Yes, it still had some issues to be resolved, but surely those would at least improve somewhat in the third chapter, right?įable 3 might be one of the laziest games I’ve ever played. It expanded customization, skills, the plot, everything was deeper, richer and had more thought put into it. I liked Fable 2 because it improved over its predecessor. So why then, do I hate, hate, hate this one so much? It’s strange, because in many ways it’s exactly like Fable 2, which I actually chose as my game of the year when it was released. Game isnt perfect by any means but its alot of fun so far, I rented it from Gamefly and its gonna be a while till I send this one back.I just beat Fable 3, one of my most anticipated games of the year, and much to my surprise, I absolutely loathed it.
I dont like how you cant close your door in your house, and people just walk in, then when you are trying to make your wife happy, people come in the house, i wish you could have your actions just affect who you want. anyways really enjoying the game, its a time waster, time just fly's by when you play. It only acivated properly once with my first wife (who I later lured out into a forest and murdered).I have the same issue, it says my Wife wants sex, but I don't know how. Even if the proposition for a 'good time' and I do the thumbs up expression. I've tried it with my wife and other girls around town but it never seems to work. But when I hit 'a' at the bed, I just get the option to sleep - even if the woman is still following me. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I make sure the woman in question likes me, and then I get her to follow me to the bed. My problem is I can't have sex with any women in this game. I am sick of people calling me a murderer everywhere I go now. One other has been forever since i played the first Fable, but are titles just the way people look at you and treat you? They have no bearing on your skills if you buy a title, correct? It's nice to have to just go digging around in random spots hoping for something like you did on Fable 1. I felt kinda bad when it starte cowering around me after killing all those people. I actually give a shit about the thing and never treat it bad. How can you own a house and then steal from it?īy the way.the dog is a fucking brilliant addition to the game. Guards came and I ended up killing 11 people before having to do community service. I own the house, right? Guess not as I went to look thru the items there and they said that I stole something. Then I bought a house in an entirely different community and evicted the current tenants. So I killed her and the kid got taken away by child services. I got married just to see what would happen, had a kid by accident, and because it was so early in my game, I just didn't want to deal with all of that. It may not matter as I started out good but it appears I am drifting toward evil. But it seems with Fable 2, if you decide to look thru a desk, the only choice is to take the item and you get evil points for stealing (or someone sees you and the damn relentless police force bugs the shit out of you until you either pay restitution or do community service).Īm I overlooking something there.
Another question.is there a way to look thru people's stuff without having to steal it? At least with Fallout 3 you could look in a desk and if the stuff sucked, leave it there.
